Emotionally Driven Fine Art Portraiture

Our mission is to gift portraits to 3,400 fur families in 2025.

We will ask hard questions, we will prod, we will work with you to find out what stands out about your love for your fur baby, and from this we will capture portraits & create finished artwork that serves daily as a virtual hug.

We realize some families get uncomfortable around emotions, but we learned when our daughter had brain surgery that snap shots don’t mean enough - it’s emotion driven portraits that comforted us and created a real connection to our baby girl in case of the worst. Thank God she is still with us.

Our promise to every family that joins us for our emotion focused portraits - we will dive into any discomfort, joy, love, sorrow, affection, gratitude, comfort, protection, trust, fears, and we will create portraits that unabashedly capture this.

  • Set up a call with our studio – 916.235.8959 – to reserve a time and date in our calendar specific to your family. We fill up quickly up to 12 months in advance.

  • Our Dress code ensures your portraits look their best and match our style of photography. Jewel-toned for dresses, & solid dark tones for suits. (read the full dress code here)

  • Arriving 15 minutes early will help ensure you are dressed & ready to start on time and get the most from your portrait commission. Arrive with hair and makeup finished.

  • Working with our art director, you will be guided through selecting your best portrait, and you will select the size and finish you prefer for your home/walls.

Turn around times for product delivery:

  • If included in your purchase, some digital formats are delivered in 1-5 business days of payment, some can take longer depending on the level of customization

  • Standard Printed Products are shipped within 24 hours of approval, and typical delivery times are 1-3 business days after approval.

  • If a different agreement was signed, then the longer of the agreed to delivery periods applies.
